Pelita Property (MA) Sdn. Bhd. (Pelita Property) was established in 2011 with its main principal activities in the field of building and construction, design and build, property development and road works.
The company, which was founded by Dato’ Haji KK Sihabutheen bin Kirudu Mohamed, owes its strength to its team of dedicated professionals, development and construction specialists, civil and structural engineers with their combined exposure and vast experience handling various scales of development.
Although its parent company Pelita Samudra Pertama (M) Sdn. Bhd. carved its name in the field of food and catering industry, Pelita Property has set out to place great emphasis on innovative master planning and concept, added on by good locations and well-crafted environment to create not just harmonious community living but to deliver sustainable value products to its buyers.
As a young company, taking its baby steps into the building and construction field, there is no doubt at all that Pelita Property will strive to provide the best to its clients to meet lifestyle aspirations,with focus on design excellence, quality and timely delivery and to emerge as a ‘game changer’ in this challenging building and construction sector.
